I took the streak and the challenge seriously, and in a few weeks I wasn't even needing my alarm! But recently I've been using the snooze again. I can pat myself on the back, though because I never hit snooze more than once. I know I can get back to no snooze use!
That's really good! I set my alarm for 04:30 and allow myself ONE snooze of 5mins, then I get up at 04:35. This morning I was so exhausted (and tomorrow's super circuit is still coming...) that I lay in until 04:40. Those extra 5mins were amaaazing! hahahahaha!
Well done! I think I should make it another mini goal, to get up when the alarm goes off.
This is so hard for me to do. I'm not one of those people who can make myself get up if I don't have a reason to, and I'm on summer break right now, so I've just been trying to get up when I wake up, rather than lay around in bed and fall back asleep, but even that's hard when I know I CAN sleep for a few more hours! Congrats!
