Someone just mentioned panda express in the car so I'll probably try to find that for lunch. I love that place for fast food. Delicious and plenty of options for lower calories with a lot of meat.

And its horribly awkward for me with snacks. I make far better decisions when i'm hungry. When i'm not, I start thinking what looks like it tastes the best and craving that full belly feeling. When hungry it's like I just want fuel and nutrition

All parks have salads these days as well as fresh fruit. You just have to take the time to find the kiosks that carry them.....

I would definitely bring some healthy snacks (make some trail mix!) but I know at most places like MICHELLE said, have healthy options for meals. There should be the info either online or at guest relations/on the park map. Don't be afraid to ask!! And have fun!

Wondering if there's any hidden things to avoid at a place like an amusement park, and what any decently healthy options are for lunch and likely dinner? Hopefully something that doesn't leave my energy levels low once the sun starts beating down.
