Just found out we're not going out until about 8! I'm thinking a light snack for dinner and then this will be a heavier "snack" for dinner? That is late for me to eat so much.

Crab legs will feel like such a special treat to me, I think, that I won't feel like I'm missing out on anything. The Crab Daddy Feast has three types of crab legs, 510 calories and only 4 grams of fat from what I found online. I'm not sure if that includes the potatoes and corn it comes with though. It does say it does not include butter.

I just order in my range, and think of my heart, and my health. It might be delicious, but my future and health are far more important. That being said, on occasion, I will have a small portion of something like that if I want it!

I plan what I'm going to eat ahead of time and log it in my tracker, I don't look at the menu, and I order exactly what I came in to order. I don't feel bad about their choices. Instead, I think about how many calories they are consuming and how much of my daily amount it would take up.

I'm going out with my mom, sister, and two other women. It's a crab place, so if I can stay away from butter and most appetizers I should be ok, I think. I hope I can keep my motivation and will power while faced with dripping butter and yummy breaded, fried stuff!

How do you keep yourself motivated while eating out? Especially if the others with you aren't eating as well and it looks yummy so you want to pick on their plate lol.
