don't push it, when you feel you have the strength and stamina is when you should get back to it. maybe just start light and work back up to where you were.

I try to get back into my routine after being sick. It also makes me feel better faster.

Thats usually what I do after I get sick. I start out by walking slow amounts more and more each day and after awhile I find I have much more energy and can do more than walking

Take it slow and listen to your body. Maybe just start out again with a short walk and see how you feel. If you are overdoing it your body will tell you to slow down I'm not ready yet.

I usually take a walk or get on the treadmill. I go slow and let my body "talk" to me as to what I can do

How does anyone else get back into the game after being sick, and how long do you wait? I don't want to overdo it too soon. I almost hit snooze this morning but decided I would still get up and see how I felt. I was down for 3 days with a stomach bug and there was no way I could think about exercise. I only walked this morning.
