I have been keeping track of the food I have been eating for over a week now, I have been walking more, no strengthening exercise, drinking water, cooking more at home instead of eating out. I want to get more active and start eating more of a gluten free, lactose free diet. I have been getting 8 to 9 1/2 hours of sleep everyday.
