Many people experience this eating alot more fiber then they used to do.. Good advice use vegetables that a slightly steamed and when your stomach settles down return to eating them raw..

I have been told, because I eat a lot of beans, that cooking dried beans gives less gas than canned, and if you do use canned, rinsing them well can help. I do both anyway so I can't really say for sure if it actually helps.

Don't worry ! You're not the first person to pass gas in yoga. eh-hem....

If you keep eating your leafy green salads, beans, peppers, onions, etc... you'll find that your body does adapt to the increased fiber intake. As a result, you should notice fewer instances of gas accidents.

When I first started eating more servings of fresh fruit and veggies, it seemed like I was tooting all over the place !! However, it did pass. pardon the pun. LOL !!!! just keep eating your beans and veggies. your body will adapt.

This post had me LOL! I soooo feel you! I've gassed a few people out at my gym, too! Try Beano before you do yoga.

This is a sticky topic... I have had the most horrible gas problems when I have been on the Spark Program. My Doctor says it is because I have been eating a lot of salads and veggies and beans. I was so embarrassed in Yoga Class the other night when I was doing a forward bend a little gas sneaked it's way out. And it was poisonous. I couldn't stand the smell so I could imagine how the rest of the class felt. It was one of those "silent but deadly" as my son says... Does anyone else have this problem? Is there any solution? Thanks for your help!!! emoticon
