Cutting out all fruit is inaccurate information. No truth! In fact you should be getting at least 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies daily.
Add up your past 7 days of calorie intake. Divide by 7. What is your average calorie intake amount?

I heard that if you want to lose weight (at tleast those pesky last 5-10 lbs.) you should cut out all sugar from your diet including fruits! Does this have any truth to it? Would this help if I made sure to use supplements to get necessary minerals and vitamins?
