Over the past two weeks I have been trying something new. I have prepared each of my meals with fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, and any meat I use is fresh meat. I have completely stayed away from processed foods all together.
This really wasn't intentional, as I was really trying to stay away from wheat products and gluten for a while. In doing so, I have found that the fresh foods are the easiest to use when cooking and preparing meals and staying gluten and wheat free.
I have noticed big changes in how I feel and how quickly I fill up on these foods with NO real feeling of being hungry. I've read that this happens when you stop eating the wheat/bread due to the fact that you don't crave it as much.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had favorite meals or recipes that use fresh foods and avoid wheat....
