Unfortunately our program does not increase macronutrient recommendations and ranges for exercise only increase calories by adding back exercise amounts.

Be well,
Kelly

Thank you for the article. It does give me ideas. I was just comparing Spark People to My Fitness Pal, and one of the differences I see, is that MFP adjusts all categories, the more your calorie intake should increase. I was hoping to hear from someone at Spark, hoping that maybe I just needed to adjust something in my profile for it to automatically change protein, carbs, etc. when my calorie intake increases due to exercise being added. Anyone else know?

I have my settings adjusted so that my food tracker and fitness tracker are "communicating". I understand that this means that my range of calories consumed each day will be automatically adjusted to how many calories I burn in my fitness minutes that day. But, I have noticed that the ranges for carbs, fats, protein, etc. do not go up when my fitness calories burned have gone up. Is there something else I need to adjust? It can be difficult to know what the best kinds of things are to eat when I have mostly exhausted the range, but still have calories left to consume.
