Feeling good at the end of each day is the best part about making better choices

Good decision! I have two large bags of clothes that are baggy now and they are going to be donated. I am not going to look back or go back to wearing that larger size.

I started posting to Pinterest pics of clothesthat will look good on me once I've lost the weight. I'll wear the old clothes that I grew out of once they fit me again, but I won't let that stop me from getting some new duds!

I have several totes of clothes I want to wear again... some are even brand new, never fit!!

I too have given up most sugars, and lowering my carbs... even fruit... getting a little more exercise, need to work that in more, but for now I am feeling VERY good about my choices and decisions!

Hang in there everyone... emoticon

didn't eat enough yesterday made me hungry today. but I still stayed with in range. I am also very thirsty. I switched shifts at work and the new schedule is messing with my daily timeline.
Today I weighed in at 202.8. I cant wait till friday's official weigh in so I can finally see that bunny hop over the 1/4 mark.

Oops I just ran a report and I didn't eat enough today. Not going back for more... will have to be more careful tomorrow, besides I am sure the carb loading i did on Sunday (husband cooked) gave me a positive net balance of calories that needed to be chipped away at. The great thing is : i didnt really notice that I should probably hungry till I ran the report. O well, its good to be informed

That is one thing I am really looking forward to, fitting into clothes that I just grew out of.

Still plugging away. I have been looking for something to give an extra boosts before work outs and have found that one the the Virgin diet recommended foods (coconut oil) give great and immediate bursts of energy. I have also learned that it seems to give some people insomnia if they take it before be. This might explain why I couldnot seem to go to sleep for the first few weeks I was doing virgin diet. I would have a tsp of it before bed or in my tea because I thought the fat would keep the hunger way. Today was the first day I tried it b4 a work out and I noticed a huge difference. I am growing to love everything coconut so much I was thinking of starting a coconut lovers team. Crazy for coconuts!

I love the Firm express and sometimes I still use the old vhs. Its always a challenge, and I never feel like they are a waste of time.

You can do it.

I never cared for the FIRM, as they looked to young and "Barbie Doll" for me, but I have liked Denise Austin. (She's 57 so she isn't a young thing any longer. ) emoticon

My goal is to lose a couple of sizes. Over the past couple of years I have tried a few different methods and saw less then stellar results. This year I am following the virgin diet, cutting out the 7 hiFI (High food intolerance) foods. I am on day 5 and I already feel healthier. I am still tracking my food using an app on my ipod. and find that this plan of elimination makes the meals healthy and calories are satisfying in every way.

my number one short term goal is to fit into the pants i just bought last september. they are a size 16. a size that would have fit last june b4 i fell off the wagon. the next goal after that would be to weigh less then I did last june which was about 200lbs. The ultimate long term goal is to achieve a healthy bmi about 160lbs for me. I have lost about 6lbs since new years just buy cutting out the sugar. Yay!

Then shortly after new years i stumbled across JJ Virgin on PBS. I have been doing the diet for about a week and am very excited to continue. Although I do miss the daughter has baked cookies twice this week...not one single morsel passed these lips...I know that this junk is going to land me in an early grave or worse more years then I'd care to think of at a nursing home.
oh i just looked at the time....time to go jump around the room with the lovely ladies of the Firm.
