Woohoo -- keep this up one positive step at a time and you could reach more goals here than you can imagine right now -- I've seen this happen tens of thousands of times at SP. And keep in mind that all of us have setbacks along the way -- the key is how we react to those setbacks.

Well, last week I weighed in at 224lbs... I felt very sorry for myself and decided that SparkPeople is the way forward.
I kept a note of what I was eating in the Nutrition Tracker and followed the beginners exercises in the Fitness tracker..and despite having had an operation on my hand and obviously recovering from that, so not being as active as normal.. I weighed in today at:

I haven't made massive changes, just kept track of things!!!
