Welcome to Spark! There are a lot of tools and resources available here to help us on our journey; my favorites are the fitness and nutrition trackers because the keep me on track and accountable every day. But the best part of Spark is the community, the people here are amazing!
I've been giving some thought to Jillian's Body Revolution also but I love having lots of choices for my exercise; I get bored doing the same thing every day. What is important is that you are exercising, so find what you enjoy and go for it. If Jillian motivates you then her dvd's would be a good match.
Keep your goals in focus, put in the work and you will succeed!

This is my first day on SparkPeople. I actually just happened upon this site while doing some investigation on the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution system. It was a Google search that was meant to be, I guess. I have recently moved and made a lot of life changing decisions, I have removed a lot of unwanted and negative people, things, and habits from my life and am looking to continue that into the new year with a new me. It's been very hard for me, and I am ready for a new chapter in my life.
My weight loss has been almost a life-long process....my heaviest was 264 lbs, I am starting this year at 228 and am hoping to get out of the 200's for good very soon. I've been browsing the site and am actually very excited about starting up her and making a forever change. I am still up in the air about the Jillian Michael's dvd thing, so if anyone has info on it - successes, tips, issues, etc. I would love to hear it!
