Try your library for videos for people with fibromyalgia
Rodney yee has a yoga video for fibromyalgia with Mayo clinic
sit and be fit videos are also a good place to start

Thanks for the reply. I have a pool for the summer weather,It's 5 degrees outside, I'm not going anywhere until Spring.Being in the pool is a lot of help,and I love it.I am enjoying SparkPeople. I think it is going to help me a lot. Again, Thank You for the Welcome.

So sorry that you're suffering with fibro. Props to you for searching for ways to feel better!
Not knowing how limited you're feeling right now, the first thing that comes to mind is water exercise. You'll have options about range of motion without having as much issue with weight bearing. Holding a float board or the side of the pool can help you with stability. It can be kind of a bother to actually travel to the pool and dress before and after, though. . .That's something to plan around. emoticon

Hello Everyone, I am new to this,Please forgive me of my typing. I have had Fibromyalgia for about 6 years now. As time goes on I am losing the use of my body because of Pain and muscle loss. I really want to start an exercise plan. I can do somethings.I'm looking for anyone else that can help me with some low impact exercise.Thanks and soft hugs to all.
