I like swimming best cardio exercise as it involves most of the body parts while swimming and has many benefits. It makes your blood circulation better, prevents you from obesity and joint problems. swimming increases your stamina as well.
when I belonged to a gym, my fave was the nautilus leg press. It made me feel so strong! Now I work out at home, just started a month ago after several surgeries and about a decade of inactivity. I would have to say out of my limited repertoire I like push ups the best.
I enjoy doing most Leslie Sansone DVDs Walk Away the Pounds. I also enjoy putting on my winter boots with my YakTrax, nice warm coat, and out the door I go for a lovely winter walk. I usually strength train on Tues. & Thurs. with Sparkpeople exercises. Love those squats!

Wow. I've never even heard of some of those. I'll probably message some of you to explain what some of those exercises are so I can try them! :)
Zumba, body pump, kick boxing, walking, jogging, hot yoga.

A walk outdoors each day to help clear my head and remind me about the beautiful place in which I live!!!

Depends on the day and my mood! For cardio its cycling and swimming. I almost always cycle. I like all the exercises I do, some more than others. I lift and do a lot of body weight floor moves. I guess if I had to choose lifting would win out. Plus it gives you the most bang for your buck.
