Simple logic - if they "should not" be included then it wouldn't give you values for it, would it?

It's okay to list it. As stated, it's a very low number. The problem with the original "no calories given for ST" plan was that it does burn SOMETHING. It's just really hard to know what, because even an HRM won't tell you. But at least now there is a token small value that errs on the side of caution.

Go ahead and use the site's value.

Just don't use an HRM, and don't trust any site that tells you you're burning heaps with ST.

I include all activity, more for my own tracking not for calories burned. Doing Ahi Chi does not burn calories (or very few) but it is part of my exercise routine and part of my healthy lifestyle.

I think it's fine to include them. Most of the activities give very low calories burned numbers, so it might not have a big effect on your program whether you include them or not.

Should I be tracking the calories burned during strength training? I searched for this topic and everything I found was older and said that the fitness tracker did not show calories burned through strength training because it is too hard to determine how many calories they burn. Clearly this is different now because my fitness tracker does show me a calories burned number for strength training. I have been entering my expected weekly calories burned through exercise in my fitness setup so that my nutrition tracker adjusts, just wanting to know if strength training calories should be included.
