There are videos under the exercise tab that are seated workouts. I started with those when I began exercising in April and they were wonderful. I also do aquafit which is such a pleasure with a minimum of stress to my legs.

I have severe arthritis in both knees and cannot walk long distances, so does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do?? Thanx!
