I agree, you really should consult your doctor or a physical therapist in order to avoid more damage to your body. There are always lots and lots of things you can do to improve your health, I am sure there are lots of gentle stretches you can do, and Pilates type exercises, core exercises that you can even do sitting in a chair. I have a knee problem and work around it very well. But be cautious, please!!! And keep at it. :)
Hi Betty and welcome! First if you haven't the first thing you need to do is talk to your doctor about a exercise release, he/she may have a list of exercises you can do. After that look for some teams with physical disabilities like back injuries/breaks or such, sorry I can't be more help. Hope you have a good journey and a quick recovery!

Hi, my name is Betty. Last August I fell and broke my back. I am just learning how to walk again using a walker. My question is, what type of exercises would I be able to do. Since my fall I have put on weight which is making my recovery more difficult.
