Yes, I had a job where no two weeks were the same. that is both ends. I could start early of late or start late and finish early. 35 years doing this and it muck up your sleep.

Can you make your meals the night before you head to work? Planning meals in advance would be key, when your hours are all over the place. If you need to be at work by 4:00 AM, it likely best to have your lunch already packed the night before.

Are you able to get enough sleep on that type of schedule?

I work various shifts and even though I work this program it is at sometimes very hard due to my hour variations. Example sometimes I need to work 4:00 am - 12:00 pm, 10:00 am- 6:00 pm and sometimes other combinations. My meals is probably the toughest because I go all over the map. Anyone with a similar situation or maybe some suggestions to balance meals and workouts. Any ideas are appreciated.
