Enjoy! Whole eggs are full of amazing things - very good for you. And the healthy fats in the yolk will help you stay full longer.

They fit in your food plan if the rest of your day makes them fit, you know? If they work with your calorie budget, then they're great!

Eggs are an excellent source of protein. Sometimes I have 5 eggs with ham for dinner, and stay within balance... and my cholesterol levels... well, they couldn't be better : )

It woudl fit, but even better woudl eb to substitute egggwhites for the whole eggs. Egg yolk is rich in arachidonic acid (AA). AA is a fatty acid that increases cellular inflammation. The less cellular inflammation you have, the better your weight loss results will be. The whites of two eggs contain the same amount of protein found in one whole egg.
