It woudl fit, but even better woudl eb to substitute egggwhites for the whole eggs. Egg yolk is rich in arachidonic acid (AA). AA is a fatty acid that increases cellular inflammation. The less cellular inflammation you have, the better your weight loss results will be. The whites of two eggs contain the same amount of protein found in one whole egg.
