Thank you for your purchase! It looks like you haven't told the site yet that you purchased the book. You will need to go to this page:
re-order-gifts.asp and enter your purchase info, you will then get some free gifts, along with access to the recipes for your tracker. Once you do that, you can then go to your Nutrition Tracker, click on the recipes tab within that page and there will be a drop-down menu for the recipes from that book that you can click on to add to your tracker.

I bought the book and am following plan, however when I add my foods eaten, I must either create a recipe or add the nutrition stats manually, or add each and every ingredient. Is there a better way? There's a lot of prep and cooking so this is really time consuming. Feeling better in 3 days though!
