If you are having a hard time getting in the recommended water remember other sources like fruits and veggies count too! Some fruits and veggies can hydrate you just as well as water.

Ice slushies made from fresh berries, cucumber, celery, spinach, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, zucchini, radishes, eggplant, cabbage, cauliflower, sweet peppers, spinach, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cranberries and tangerines, grapefruit and broccoli, artichokes, watercress, cabbage, onion, even carrots and also homemade veggie soup (less sodium when homemade.)

I used to drink at least one Coke (regular) a day, maybe two. I realized that it was really the fizzy effect that I craved, not so much the sweetness.

I now buy sparkling water flavored only by natural flavors (no sweeteners . . . it works for me), and I have found that I actually prefer them now to the daily Coke. I will splurge and have a Coke every few weeks or so, but it's now a treat instead of a daily habit.

Yes I also think drinking good amount of water really need for our health. Every body should take this seriously.

Good Morning
Drinking 8 glasses of water as recommended is hard for me. What is helping is to add lemon, lime or cucumbers, and using an infuser. This one change is helping me to reach the water guideline. Also I buy the Poland Springs flavored waters, which have no calories. Both Steps are helping to ensure I do not drink my calories for the day!
