Been on my program for a month. I am down 3 pounds this week, even with totally blowing it on Thanksgiving!!!! emoticon Down 9 pounds overall!!!

Also, I decided last week to take up running. I've been able to do my walk 90 seconds/run 60 seconds program for 35 whole minutes!! emoticon
