Welcome! It is definitely worth it to spend some time exploring the site. The nutrition and fitness trackers are going to be a major help to you, those are obviously listed under the my trackers in the top bar, the next tab has lots of helpful info for you that is going to be great articles, helpful videos (lots of free workouts!) and spark recipes, the community tab is where you find the message boards like these and the spark teams. I strongly suggest joining a few teams there is lots of support there! If you are still feeling lost go to the start tab, once your on the home page look at the top bar again you should see a tab called site guide there is lots of information there to get you started including a welcome guide a video tour and frequently asked questions.
