I totally agree with everyone. It will work for you if you work for it! Sensible eating and some daily exercise are a must, there are some wonderful tips on this site for both. But the thing I found best about this site this is really helpful, is the support. I never feel alone, whether I've had a good week or not. Someone always rallies in your corner for's the most wonderful things ever!!

So far it's working for me. I stay within my allowed calories and exercise everyday. I lost 9 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks.

I guess it's what you put into it. If you exercise and count calories then YES you can do it!

Just like anything else, it will work for you as long as you work for it! If you track everything and stay committed to your goals, you will see results.
