I'm a tea drinker, but have been curious about whether or not tea counts as well. I did decide that the decaf teas and the herbal teas I drink with no milk or sugar would be included in my water count for the day. Before I started doing this, I felt like I was floating I had so much fluid in me. :-)

I put any beverage that is not water in my nutrition tracker, but I also count any fluid with no added calories toward my water intake. For me this means iced tea, which I like plain, but not coffee or hot tea, both of which usually take cream and/or honey for me.

coffee is a diuretic and dehhydrates.. how much cream sugar or fake sugar additives.... I don't count coffee

I drink green tea instead of water because it kills cancer... I drink it hot and cold all the time and count it as water because it is water... with green tea

I definitely do account for the the coffee tea or soda on my food tracker. Tracking makes me think twice and keep them to minimums. I was just curious if I could add it to my water intake, some days I may not drink 8 glasses of water but if I totaled all beverages I in fact have. emoticon

Since I am a big water drinker and have no trouble getting my water in, and more, I don't count any other liquids towards my water allotment.

I don't count anything but water in my tracker. Mostly, because I find drinking plain water keeps me "full" unlike other the more water I drink the less food I eat!

Since the tracker is for your own use, you can use it however you want. I count all non-alcoholic beverages because, per my doctor and dietician, they all count toward hydration. So, yes, I count coffee.

I would say "no"... but it really depends on how technical you want to be.

All the things you listed are hydrating beverages, so you can feel free to count them. I personally only count zero-calorie beverages, which, for me, is water, tea, coffee, and seltzer.

As long as I didn't add sugar/cream to my coffee or tea, I count them as water. Soda doesn't count.

I'm with Magtastic. I put coffee, tea, and other beverages in my nutrition tracker. It keeps me honest about drinking enough water, and it also helps me to notice if I'm overdoing it with the coffee or tea.

I only count water as water. Tea, soda, and coffee should go on your nutrition tracker.
