I would try to keep it natural and use egg whites. Cheaper, unprocessed, all natural.

shake= 6 powdered egg whites + unsweetened almond milk + stevia/vanilla/cacao/whatever you like

This is the only one I can think of off the top of my head

The description says "Vega One is free from dairy, gluten and soy, and contains no added sugar, artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners."

Lactose free whey and soy free protein shakes? Someone told me about Pure Trim but its got a propratary blend in it that does not say whats in it, I have alot of health issues with high bp and diabetes 2 and acid reflux and such and lactose intolerant, I know there is pea protein and rice but they dont' taste so good.

If anyone can help I am trying really hard but I miss the diet shakes before I was lactose intolerant.
