He's lost about 50 lbs. I've gained weight. I still weigh less then he does, but not by much. And he's about 5" taller then me.

I weigh about 100 pounds more than my husband, but I'm working on changing that! He only weighs 20 pounds more than he did in high school... always a tall string-bean.

No, I'm 5"7 & weigh 133 pounds; the SO is round 6 foot and weighs round 190! Your SO seems like a fabulous guy. I don't think guys concentrate on the weight factor unless they are trying to gain it and a lot of times females are trying to lose it~

Nope we both weigh the same - he is 5'8" and I am 5'7". I would like to weigh about 10 lbs less than him.

I now weigh much less than him, but there have been times I have weighed more. And he's 6'5". Nothing made me feel fatter than weighing more than him.

No I don't, but that is because he is about 8 inches taller than me and he is overweight also.

Oh Heck Yes, but then again it isn't unreasonable either at 6'5". BUT that being said there is way to much as it is. Can't let what is acceptable be the reason to continue. She is about 1/2 of me at 5'5".

Yes, I actually do weigh more than my husband. I will probably always be a little heavier than he is, because he is a little bit shorter than I am. I'm 5'8" and he's 5'5". The height difference doesn't bother me at all, but the fact that I am more overweight than he is can make me feel more self-conscious during my lower self-esteem moments. Ultimately, though, I agree with ERINTFG, it's a load of "hooey" that a woman HAS to be smaller than the man. Love is love. I love my husband just as he is and he loves me just as I am. I think your SO gave a perfectly spot on answer. emoticon

I definitely weigh more. Probably about 25lbs more. It wasn't always like that. It really bothers me too. Weighing less than him is just another milestone along my journey. emoticon

No. He's 13inches taller than me and has about 60lbs on me right now. He's about 40 or so pounds overweight himself.

No. But I weighed more than my first H when we were dating and throughout a good portion of our M. I weighed about 170 when I was 19 years old and he weighed like 145. I'm 5'3 1/2" and he is about 5'9".

Few people who know me now would even believe it, including my current H of 18 years.

I don't know. I've never asked and he has never told me his weight.
I would guess that we aren't too far apart in weight currently.

In the past I weighed more, 75#s more! Now, I'm 20#s less. He's one of the lucky ones who has always been thin. He eats 3000 calories or so a day but he also is very active.

Edited to add: And your guy sounds awesome! Very smart and loving!

I'm pretty sure that I am :-( I would guess my DH is around 180 (and he's 6'2). I'm just under 190 and 5'5.

I am like 2 of my husband.... I feel like a will always be bigger than him. He has a slender figure. Oh well one day I will come close :)

9/25/13 8:28 P

Yes, but not for long! I'm almost under his weight now. Mind you, he has a good foot of height on me...

I did until about two months ago. He's about 6 inches taller than me and I hated that I weighed more than him. The other day I put on one of his shirts and found it to be nice and roomy like it used to be a few years ago. That was a nice feeling.

My husband and I are only an inch or so apart in height. I currently weigh less than him, but when I started I weighed quite a bit more.

When I was pregnant I weighed like 70 pounds more than he did.

I think we're kind of conditioned to think that a woman should be smaller than a man-- but really, that's a bunch of hooey. You are who you are no matter what you weigh, or how tall you are, and what matters is how well two people get along and function together. :)

Even at my heaviest (end of my pregnancies) my husband still had 30-40 lbs on me but... I'm 5'2 and he's 6'4.

Now he's got almost 100 lbs on me, crazy when I think about it. :S He's not overweight either. He's 210-215 lbs right now which is funny because I punched his stats into a BMI calculator for him and it said he was overweight! He gets called "skinny" at work all the time... I don't think he's that either. He's fit. He lifts weights religiously and is quite built and lean.

9/25/13 4:56 P

I know this is a personal question, but that's what the Internet is for, right?

I weigh 30 pounds more than my boyfriend. He's currently trying to gain some muscle weight, but I wouldn't be surprised if I always weigh more than him. He's only an inch or two taller than me too, so it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

In vain, I REALLY want to weigh less than him. Although I asked him who he thoughts weighed more and he said, "I don't know, you weigh more, I weigh more, none of that I know. Only I know you are beautiful." He certainly knows how to answer the hard questions. :-)
