I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. I had a go at doing it on my own and it got really hard to do - I came on here and there are loads of people all will to help. It gives you the boost that we all need from time to time.

Why settle for one person when you can have teams on your side? Make a sparkpeople spark page and join team in your geographic area or the spark solution team or any team of which you take an interest. I belong to nine but many people belong to more. I found when I first started that my spark team class was helpful in finding the right diet and exercise for me.

Hi everyone, my name is Carol. Been trying 2 lose weight for years. Id lose sum & gain more back. Now that Im over 40, its harder then ever. I am someone that needs 2 team up with someone to lose weight. I have found that I cant do it on my own. Please Help
