I like it because I feel that I haven't been eating enough calories in the past and now I know what range I should be in.

I think the changes make me feel more relaxed. I just don't know if they hinderthe effort, though. I'm thinkin YES.

It changes based on how much activity and calories you burn per day. So the theory is, the more you burn, the more you can eat. I believe you can change it to stay the same from your home page, if you click on the "Account Preferences" tab.

It's a new change to SparkPeople and I'm still not sure if I like it yet!

I'm sure this has probably been discussed before, but I can't quickly find a thread on it.

I'm in my first week (Wednesday to Wednesday) using Spark, and my daily calorie allowance keeps changing! Is it SUPPOSED to do that?!?!?!?

Started out at 1200 cals and jumps around for the last 6 days between 1200 and 1390....
