I would go with titles by Yoga Journal or Gaiam. I've done that Yoga Meltdown one and I'm not sure I would even call it yoga. Have you checked out your local library? I check out videos all of the time time for free. It keeps things fresh and you can't beat free.

It has been several years since my last yoga class, and would like to get back into it. Unfortunately I am cashed strapped (the joys of being a student, again!), and classes are a bit expensive (though I learn best face-to-face!). I am looking at getting a DVD, but am having trouble wading through the endless possibilities. My main objectives are increased flexibility and strengthening, plus a little de-stressing. I have looked at Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown, but based on the reviews, seems a little advanced for my needs. Does anyone have any experience with Wai Lana's beginner workout? I need a video that will go slowly enough for me to learn/re-learn the poses.
Suggestions?
