I read a really simple, but very true quote the other day.

"If hunger is not the problem, then food isn't the solution"

So simple when you look that way, perhaps a little something to stick in your mind to remember at the right time.

Good luck! And also, my grammar school music teachers (I had 3) were some of my favorite and most influential teachers even to this day :)

good 4 u...when I am stressed I lift weights. I take my stress out on a set of weights and that helps.

Good morning!

So, I'm a grammar school music teacher. It's actually fun sometimes but lately with the concert approaching it's stressful. And I'm taking it out on my body. Not on purpose, sometimes I'm eating something out of stress before I even realize I'm doing it.

Today I'm making a commitment to a fresh start. I will not stress eat. I will include a fruit or vegetable with everything I eat today. And I will go to the gym.
