Good morning everyone!!!
My name is Kelly and this is my fourth or fifth time trying SP. I had no motivation or self-control. But this time is different ! I may get tempted here or there, but it's only the fourth day. I'm looking for buddies that I can motivate and they can push me as well.
I may slack occasionally with the tracking and posting, but I'm going to do my best. I'm determined to lose this weight . Enough is enough! I'm going to find my motivation song to listen to every morning to get my blood pumping, do my 10 minutes of exercise a day, and stop hitting the snooze button!!!!!!
