Do you have a crockpot? There are so many chicken recipes using a crockpot, and simple is an understatement. You just throw everything in, turn it on, and let it cook. You could make chicken tortilla soup, or just make chicken that shreds for other recipes, like chicken enchiladas, BBQ pulled chicken, buffalo wraps, etc.

I love Spark recipes, but I found this awesome website for low at cooking. She has tons of recipes on there. You can check it out at

I have a question...I need simple recipes for chicken. I have searched online and I find plenty of chicken reciepes but, the problem is my husband and I are simple when it comes to food. My usually dinner is chicken breast in the oven with various sauces (salsa, mustard, balsamic etc...) but, he is getting tired of it and the other things that he likes are so high in calories we end up fixing two meals because I won't eat it.

Any suggestions?????

Think simple...
