I like them too. :) I add a tablespoon of chia seeds to my morning pre-run smoothie. Usually it's something like
- 1 frozen banana (chunks) - 1 cup frozen mixed berries or frozen diced mango - 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt - 1 cup of skim or 1% milk - honey, to taste - 1 Tbsp chia seeds
... and I usually split that with my boyfriend.

Chia seeds are packed with omega-3, fiber, healthy fat, protein... I have a couple of chia seed recipes on my blog and the spark recipes. Have you tried Chia Seeds? Do you have a recipe for them? Please share!
