If you go to your Nutrition Tracker, at the bottom right you'll see a button that says "Change Nutrition Goals". Click there and you can edit your calorie range from that page. Just keep in mind that any time you change something about your goals (nutrition, fitness or weight), the calorie range will default back to SP's recommendations.
Hi - hoping I can source from help here. I'm a breastfeeding mom looking to slowly loose some weight. I can't seem to locate where I can change the calorie range to make it appropriate for my breastfeeding caloretic needs. I know the numbers, just need to locate when I can change them :D
