You can manually adjust your spark fitness page to however many calories you want to burn per week (say 500*5=2500). This will then automatically update your nutrition tracker to reflect your exercise goals and subsequent calorie needs.
go to your start page. on the left hand side you will see your goals. one of those will be calories burned per week. click change beside that and enter in how many calories you actually burn in a week through exercise. save it. then see what that does to your ranges.
If i burn 500 calories a day and am eating 1200 calories a day, will i lose weight or plateau? My sparkpage says to lose 740 calories PER week.... I am just not satisfied with that. I feel like I'm doing nothing. I tried to find help via internet and couldn't find an answer. Can anyone help me maybe?
