We are so glad to hear that you are finding helpful information and community connection through our site and that the tracking with your Fitbit has been helpful. Since would be considered a competitor to our site, it is not likely to be a connection our small staff would seek to create.

Best of luck with your goals.

Coach Tanya,

Is there any possibility that in the future we will be able to sync our LoseIt data over into SP???

To whom should such a request be made?

I use for entering nutrition because it is so much more user-friendly than SP. I use FitBit to track activity, and SP for general info/reinforcement/community.

My FitBit activity data is synced to SP, so my activity data shows up at SP. My LoseIt data is synced to transfer into FitBit; and apparently, if I were to enter nutrition data into SP, that would sync back into Fitbit.

Seems like it would not be a far leap to allow the LoseIt data which has been synced into Fitbit to transfer over into SP.

Thanks for the replies!

You can set up your fitbit step tracker, but you can not import data from Loseit

You can set up your Fitbit with your SparkPeople account. This information will walk you through it.

There are no other programs linked to our nutrition tracker at this time.

I don't know the answer to this...although I did see something about fitbit on here. I'm thinking that is compatible. Try looking under your sparkpoints page and down at the bottom it says something about linking fitbit....I think it said linking anyway.

I just got the LoseIt app last night. Do you use that or just the website? It looks appealing, but I haven't played with it enough yet. Any suggestions for other apps?

I really prefer the nutrition data entry system a! It seems to be more user friendly and easy to me; also I have invested time and effort into entering all my "custom" foods.

Is there any way to get the nutrition data that I enter each day at LoseIt into my Nutrition Tracker at SP?????

I also use a FitBit for counting steps and calories burned. I am able to sync the LoseIt data over into my Fitbit account in that nutrition section.

I am much too lazy to enter the data twice!
