In your account I weighed-in following the instructions below. I didn't experience any difficulty and your ticker is currently displaying the correct weight.

Hi, Anne_SP

That's the problem. I put in my updated wt. (119.2) in my weight tracker and the ticker will not respond to the change AND when I run a weight report is doesn't show anything beyond Arpil 21, even when I try to change to END date on that page.

I wanted to mention that I responded to your other thread about this and can continue to help. Your weight goals do appear to be set correctly.

I believe the issue is that you need to weigh-in with your current weight. To track your weight and/or other measurements:

1. Roll your mouse over “My Trackers” in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on “Start,” which is the first link down.
3. You’ll now see your Start page.
4. On the left side of your Start page, you’ll see “my Trackers.”
5. Click the "Track My Weight," which is the third button down in the “my Trackers” section.
6. You’ll now see your Measurement Tracker page.
7. Enter your weight and/or measurements in the “Today’s Entry” box next to the measurement that you want to record.
8. Click “Save” at the bottom or top of the page.
I hope this helps!

Coach Nancy may have to answer this question. Not sure if this will help, but check it out.

Whether you set your weight goal for all the weight you want to lose or you set your goal in smaller increments, you can always change your weight goal at any time to better suit your needs.

To change your weight goal:

Roll your mouse over “My Trackers” in the top left corner of the screen.
Click on “Start,” which is the first link down.
You’ll now see your Start page.
On the left side of your Start page, you'll see the "my Goals & Progress" section.
Towards the bottom of "my Goals & Progress," you'll see your weight loss goal.
Click on the "Change Goal" link next to your weight goal.
Scroll down the page to see the "Set Your Weight Goal" section.
In the "Target Weight" text box, enter your new weight goal.
If necessary, you can also change your weight goal date by selecting a new date in the "By When" drop-down menus.
Click "Save Your Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Note: If you do not have a weight goal listed or see the "my Goals & Progress" section on the left side of your start page, you have signed up for the Spark5 program, which is for weight maintenance only. With the Spark5 program, you are not able to create or edit a weight goal.

If you are in the Spark5 program, but want to create a weight goal, you will need to reset your program. Once you reset, you will need to choose the weight loss program and set up your goals, including your weight goal.

Please help. Original ticker Set up in Late December gave me until April 21 '13 to lose 18 lbs. However, I haven't gotten below 119.8 on April 26 '13 but Ticker won't let me post beyond April 21. Tried editing ticker, tried changing beginning and end dates on weight report page, looks like only option is to totally reset which means I LOSE EVERYTHING I HAVE TRACKED TO DATE!!! Please, no!

How do I do this. Posted same question on Message Board but only answer was something I had already tried, i.e. to edit tracker.
