The same calculations (formulas) are used to determine calories for weight loss, weight maintenance or weight gain.
You can plug in your info here at SP and set the goal for weight maintenance and get an estimated calorie range for this. Adding 500 calories to this amount will give you an estimated range for a 1 pound weekly gain. These would be estimates---you would then experiment for a few weeks to determine your individualized needs.

I know a lot of people are looking into calculators for calories towards weight loss, but I was wondering if there are any out there to use to plug in to see how much you could eat as to not go over a certain weight range?
