How many calories are y'all burning in a 40min workout, according to the workout machines you use at the gym??
I know the calorie burn is an estimate and based on your weight, distance, intensity, speed etc., but I just want to know that I'm not burning too few calories during my workout.
I weigh 102kg and want to get to 85kg by the end of the year. I burn on average about 350 - 400 calories in 40 minutes, but this is only my second week back at the gym after about a year of inactivity. I'm eating really well too.
