Spark has 10-minute office workout videos posted by Coach Nicole here on the site. There are also videos you can purchase that take you through 10 minute workouts. Science has proven that 3 sessions of 10 minutes a day is as effective as one session of 30 continuous minutes. Everybody has 10 minutes here and there throughout their day, and as Nike says "Right now, somebody busier than you is running."

My job is demanding and full of stress. I love what I do but most days there isn’t time to breath not to mention take a break for exercise. I also teach a course, and I am finishing up (last year) of my doctorate. We won’t bother to include home life which s crazy sometime. Needless to say I can’t seem to find the time to exercise. Are there techniques I can do in my office, at my desk, etc?
