I don't have any great suggestions, but wondered if you've talked to your doctor about it? Maybe they can provide some advice?

Mine used to do that until I switched shoes and got new arch supports for them as well. But I see that you already tried that route, so maybe it's time for a trip to the Dr. since you had the issue with them during training.

Out of curiosity, have ever had you feet peel when you've had a fever?
I've known a couple people who when their body gets too hot, the skin on the bottom of their feet sloughs off.

So this has been going on for some time now. Every time I go for a run or longer walk the balls of my feet always start tingling or even burning. I have change shoes, routes, and lacing patterns. I never had this problem in high school running cross country. Its been going on for a few years now. It seems to have started about the time I blistered and lost 60% of the skin off my feet in a training exercise in the military. Does any one have any suggestions on how to take care of this?
