I am all about Greek yogurt! It's packed with protein so you'll stay full and when it's on sale, it's quite a deal!

You mix the raw oats and milk and yogurt together and refrigerate? Then warm up in the morning or eat cold?

Overnight (refrigerator) oats are just AWESOME. :)

You can google different recipes online but the basic ingredients are:

1/4 cup oats (quick, old fashioned or steel cut)
1/3 cup milk (or milk alternative)
1/4 cup yogurt (Greek, reg, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese)

Toppings: fruit, seeds (like flax or chia), nuts/nut butter, spices, unsweetened apple sauce, lemon or lime juice, coconut, granola etc. basically anything you would add to normal oatmeal or yogurt. You can add them the night before or in the morning (like the granola) or freeze your fruit overnight and then process it in the morning for an icy soft serve topping. Just put it in a Tupperware container in your fridge overnight and it's ready to grab and go in the morning.

Protein shakes are quick and easy to take on the go, I also have cliff builder bars and nature valley granola bars on hand most of the time as well.

I generally grab a tub of yoghurt and banana, and also have a really healthy low calorie high fibre cereal bar with me for 'just in case'!

As yours is a regular thing, it wouldn't hurt to have a lot of pre-packed breakfasts in the freezer to take and go. If you have a microwave at work you can heat it there. If you like Smoothies, you could make a big batch - enough to last a few days - and keep them in your fridge.

I usually eat breakfast at work because I get up at 4:50 am and leave at 5:45am for work. I think I've saving some calories by doing this - I'm afraid eating so early I'll want to eat in a couple hours. I'm thinking about making oatmeal ahead of time - a couple days worth and take this or some breakfast burritos and throw them in the freezer. What's your 'on the go' breakfast?
