I prefer 'real' and/or 'complete' (yolk & white) eggs, myself; I'm lucky enough not to have any cholesterol problems. Some augment one regular egg with extra whites for increased protein (if you can handle the yolks, that's where most of the non-protein nutrients are). But, ah, soy milk -- love it in its various flavors. Silk's chocolate is a real treat, though it's high enough in calories that we don't drink it much; the SO, though, treats herself to Silk's light chocolate soy milk and likes it a lot. I like almonds and coconut milk, but as a day-to-day replacement for dairy, I find soy milk more nutritionally 'complete' (good fats and protein, vitamins, decent amount of carbs).

Egg substitute is truly a godsend for me, as I love eggs but can't eat too many because of the cholesterol. I never liked soy milk, but I love almond milk! I have a coupon from Blue Diamond to try their new almond/coconut combo milk; I can't wait to try it.

I just tried a recipe with egg substitute! It was so good and I could eat more than if it were regular eggs! Also got soy milk to eat with cereal which was very good what are everyone's thoughts on these breakfast substitutes?
