There is an entire book dedicated to it: www.amazon.com/Spark-Revolutionary-Science -Exercise-Brain/dp/0316113506 . When I exercise I love the feeling of being able to think clearly and about many different things, when I get back I have a million things to write down! Does anybody have this experience where they just feel that their mind is much clearer when they exercise and can solve any problems?
