Are you using the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker here? If so, are you eating enough calories, especially if you're active?
Honestly, oats and egg whites don't sound very satisfying. What about the whole egg - fat is satiating - with some whole grain toast and a piece of ham or some cheese? Mix some fruit and yogurt into your oatmeal to make it a bit more filling. I usually eat between 300 and 400 calories for breakfast. Then I have a morning snack to make sure I'm not starving at lunch.
Do you have a lunch with you? Or are you leaving it up to the fast food/grocery store gods to determine what you eat? When i do that, I struggle to make healthy choices, but if I have a lunch packed with healthy foods, it's way harder to justify going out to buy something.
Those are really the three biggest things for helping me avoid bingeing - satisfying and balanced breakfast, morning snack and packing a lunch.

Thanks! I will read the articles Im sure they might help! I thought about what your said about the "tons of dedication..." maybe if I stop seeing it as a terrible quest I will be able to change what I don't like about myself. It's been really helpful!!!!

It sounds to me like you might not be eating enough for your activity level. Binging often is our body's way of forcing us to get enough calories. I can't know for sure, because I can't see your food tracker (it's set on private), but you might want to review what your fitness goals are and what your recommended calories are.

First: Stop beating yourself up. Start making the right choices; poor food choices lead to cravings and more poor food choices.
You don't need weeks of training in the gym nor tons of dedication, just focus on small, reasonable steps.

I've been binge eating for 3 day now, the problem is that in the morning although I have no hunger I eat properly (like oats or egg whites), but these 3 days by lunch time or early afternoon I end up eating chips o desserts (a lot). Every time I know Im ending weeks and weeks of dedication to eat properly and clean, and all those long hours in the gym... But I just cant stop! (today I eat 2 cookies with Ice C, 2 personal pizzas, 2 cheese sticks and 6 granola cookies) Please help! Anyone has had this patron? Ideas to stop??? Please!!!!!!
