Definitely check out New Rules, then. It's a book, you can probably get it at your local library and copy the workout plans. Otherwise, again, I'd suggest They have all kinds of plans you could use. has plans, too.

Thanks! I am looking for more of an online work out I can do in my apartment complex gym! I don't really have the room or ability to work out in my apartment with the way it's set up with furniture and everything! Any other ideas?

So I am looking for some spring break worthy work outs I can start to use? I've been googling and searching on Pinterest for specific daily work out routines I can follow! (I already have a meal plan thanks to Sparkpeople!) But so far they are all pretty generic I.E. Monday strength, Tuesday: Cardio...etc. I am looking for more specific things like
Monday: Strength
10 minute warm up on bike
X reps for pull up
X reps for push ups
Something like that so that I know exactly what I am doing everyday and know that the work outs I am doing will help me get ready for spring break! Any ideas for routines, sparkpages, or websites I should look into?
