Thanks for the info! I ordered one today.

I have two, an older one which uses wind resistance on two mini fans to create resistance and a newer one which which has an adjustable mechanical resistance system. Both work and will keep you cycling when the snow is flying. Look around on Craigslist or at your local bike shop to see there are any used ones available. They are an invaluable training tool.

I have a cycleops bike trainer emoticon so there is never an excuse for me not to get my cycling done.

I use it in conjunction with Spinervals dvd.... Well, I always get out what I put in, no complaints here.

happy cycling.

Has anyone purchased a bike trainer - it converts your bike into a stationary bike? If so, what kind did you get & how's it working out for you? Thanks for any info.
