It's definitely a personal preference. I like working out in the morning when I can because I never really know an exact time of when I'll be done working (usually around 7pm, but it can vary) so by getting it done in the morning, I don't have to worry about it when I get off.

I don't think there is any good or bad time. It just depends on what works for you. No excuses! :-) My best time is first thing in the morning before my shower.

Any time you can get a workout in is a good time to workout!!

That being said I prefer to workout first thing in the morning, it gives me the most amazing energy boost that carries me through the day.

You get the same benefits from working out at any time of day. About the only thing to watch is late night workouts, as some people find it difficult to get to sleep while their body is still wound up from exercise (others have no problem sleeping).

Go with whatever suits your schedule best.

The best time to work out is when it is most convenient for you. Putting too many 'rules' out there when it comes to working out, may prevent you from getting it in so that you may find it difficult to keep up with your program.

I wish you well!

I just want to know what is the best time to workout, because since my work schedule changes almost every week I find it difficult to establish a routine, at this moment I'm doing my workouts early in the morning, I usually get up at 5 am do my zumba workouts for about 50 min, then get a shower, and go to work, my commute is about 40 min, and I usually get off at 8pm, should I stick to the morning workouts?
