i really like Oikos greek yogurt. I buy the vanilla kind and add in blueberries, strawberries or raspberries and always a 1/4 cup of this high protein granola- oh it's sooooo good and fills me up for breakfast with less than 300 cals.

I'd also recommend any brand of Greek yogurt. I'm partial to the Chobiani brand, but I think most are fairly comprable to that one. I used to eat the Yoplait Light all the time, but now I get really bad intenstinal/digestive issues when I eat one that I never get having the greek yogurt. It definitely took me 2-3 tries to like it though, so give it another chance if it doesn't wow you on first bite.

I now love to have it with some granola mixed in for breakfast! Yum!

I was like KGLASIER2. I would always go for lite 80 calorie yogurts to save on calories until I started eating all natural greek yogurt. Now I only buy Chobani. They are located right in my hometown too!

I LOVE Fage Fat Free Greek yogurt . . . the ingredient list has 2 (yes, TWO!) items - skim milk and live cultures! I add my own fruit (pineapple, banana, and nectarine are my current favs) and usually a sprinkle of cinnamon. My husband, who has not been much of a yogurt fan, even likes it if I add a drizzle of honey.

Plain greek yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in. I can't seem to stomach plain greek yogurt no matter what I add in so I stick with Trader Joe's blueberry greek yogurt.

I'm a teacher and I always see kids bring in the danimals and trix etc. I'm sure parents think this garbage is healthy cause its yougurt but its really like glorified candy!

High Fructose Corn Syrup reeks havoc on the body and will make you feel more hungry in the end.

I love Activia but I usually by Danone. I think Activia is too expensive.

Stoneyfield organic yogurt and Chobani Greek yogurt are my favorite healthy yogurts. I like the Stoneyfield probiotic strawberry and vanilla flavors and regular blackberry... and Chobani blueberry.

I used to be all about the light and fit yogurt since it was low cal but one day I had this realization that I'd rather eat a good quality, nutritious yogurt at 150 calories than an 80 calorie yogurt made with fake sugar and probably dairy from a cow that took some whacky hormones (sad, but true) So now I splurge and eat Stonyfield organic yogurt! delicious! and better for you!

I LOOOVE having yogurt for a snack! I've tried this Source brand and the weightwatchers one(which is unbelievably tasty). I am loving strawberry, peach and raspberry flavoured ones! However, I'm new to the whole eating "healthy" and good nutrition thing, and even though I'd only like it for a little snack, what, in your opinion is the best brand of yogurt to get? When I say "best", i guess the most nutritious!I'm up for trying anything and would be nice to hear what you guys get :)
